Overcoming Imposter Syndrome takes participants on an in-depth journey of discovery, learning and inner transformation, building deep knowledge, skills, resilience and resourcefulness in relation to Imposter Syndrome.
I deliver the course alongside my colleague, Sarah Durrant, to organisations where 6 (or more) employees are looking to attend. For these 'bespoke' courses, the live webinars are arranged as far as possible to suit the group's schedule.

Delivered alongside my colleague, Sarah Durrant, this small group learning journey focuses on building our capacity to connect with ourselves and others with increased self-awareness, compassion and understanding helping us more fully express ourselves in our working and wider lives.

Delivered alongside my colleague, Sarah Durrant, this small group learning journey focuses on building our capacity to connect with ourselves and others with increased self-awareness, compassion and understanding helping us more fully express ourselves in our working and wider lives.
Coming together in a safe, confidential and supportive environment, we will explore and experience practices which build healthy habits of being with and relating to ourselves and others, by developing qualities which we are calling the 6 C’s of Inner Leadership: Calm, Clarity, Compassion, Curiosity, Courage , and Confidence.
Our 3 sessions together are designed to foster a deeper sense of calm, higher levels of self-trust and confidence, greater ease, flow, creativity and capacity for self-expression. As we develop these qualities, we may also naturally experience greater levels of motivation, engagement, contribution, personal and professional impact, job satisfaction, and mental and emotional well-being.

So many of us struggle with a harsh Inner Critic, that is frequently fault-finding, critical, judging, blaming, and shaming. It impacts directly on our wellbeing, ease, confidence and more. For many of us, it is so entrenched it’s hard to conceive of a life in which we are free of it.
I'm offering this workshop because there is another way.
In this workshop, I offer a weave of wisdom, tools and practices designed to help you dial down your inner critic and engage with yourself, your life and other people with greater compassion, peace, clarity, confidence and ease.
